Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of LT Grade Assistant Teachers (Trained Graduate Grade). Online applications started on 28 July 2025 and can be submitted until 28 August 2025. This recruitment is for 7466 posts of male and female teachers in various subjects.

Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject along with B.Ed or equivalent training qualification.
- For Social Science subject, candidates must have studied at least two subjects out of History, Geography, Economics, Civics at graduation level.
- All candidates must check the official notification for subject-wise eligibility before applying.
Exam Pattern
- Prelims Exam: 150 Questions (30 GS + 120 Subject), 150 Marks, 2 Hours, Negative Marking 0.33.
- Mains Exam: Descriptive – 20 Questions (10 Short, 10 Long), 200 Marks, 3 Hours.
- Final Selection: Prelims + Mains + Document Verification.
