Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released the official notification for recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) and Grade ‘B’ (Manager) for General and Specialist streams. The online application process will start from 14th July 2025 and continue until 18th August 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for 76 total vacancies.

Age Limit (as on 11 August 2025)

• Grade A: 21 – 30 Years (Born between 14.07.1995 and 15.07.2004)
• Grade B: 25 – 33 Years (Born between 14.07.1992 and 15.07.2000)
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.

Eligibility

• Grade A (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with minimum 60% marks. MBA/PGDM/CA/CS/CMA/CFA also eligible.
• Grade B (Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Finance/Legal/IT sector as per post requirement.
• For Legal Stream – LLB with 5 years of legal experience. For IT Stream – B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 5 years experience.

Salary

• Grade A (Assistant Manager): Approx. ₹1,00,000 per month (including allowances).
• Grade B (Manager): Approx. ₹1,15,000 per month (including allowances).
