Indian Navy (Nausena Bharti) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Information Technology (Executive Branch) under the Special Naval Orientation Course, commencing January 2026 at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala. Eligibility
- Minimum 60% Marks in English in Class 10 or 12
- 60% Overall Marks in MCA with BCA/BSc (CS/IT) or degrees like BE/BTech/MTech/MSc in fields such as Computer Science, IT, Software Systems, Cyber Security, AI, Data Analytics
Physical Standard
- Intelligence: Candidates are expected to be sufficiently intelligent.
- Hearing: Good hearing and the absence of ear, nose, or throat diseases are required.
- Eyes: Eyes should be bright, clear, and free from any squint or abnormality.
- Speech: Speech should be without impediment.
Detailed Physical Standards:
Height and Weight:Candidates must meet specific height and weight standards, with minimum height requirements being 157 cm for males and 152 cm for females. The weight should be correlated with age and height.
Overall Fitness:Candidates must be in good physical and mental health, free from any disease or disability that could hinder their performance in any environment.
Absence of Defects:There should be no evidence of weak constitution, bodily defects, or underweight issues.
Weight:Candidates should not be overweight or obese.
